Good Ol' Days Tallow Co Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at goodoldaystallowco@gmail.com with your order number and picture of the item with its original packaging. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warm Weather: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the condition of the cream upon delivery. Due to the nature of this product, cream may melt if left in a mailbox, on a doorstep, or in direct sunlight, especially during warmer months. We strongly recommend that you are available to retrieve your package immediately upon arrival. Once the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for any melting or damage resulting from delayed pickup or exposure to heat. Creams are shipped out frozen in a thermal bag to help during transit.
You have consented to the possibility of them arriving in this state and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your creams or balms arrive in a melted or liquid state please set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected.
Skin Patch Test
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Good Ol' Days Tallow Co is inculpable for any adverse reactions or allergy to our products. Even products that contain all natural ingredients can cause skin irritations in susceptible individuals, especially if the products contain essential oils. Please do a skin patch test before using any new products.
Refunds
If a refund is warranted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
